Exhilarating, stressful, exciting… a lot of words to describe today. 3 hours, 3 hours I was on the net getting the live updates of the tournament. No Jurina did not win. :( But what’s done is done. I guess she wasn’t meant to be in this single’s senbatsu. On the other hand, congratulations Mariko-sama for winning and being the center. Better than Miichan >.> Damn her.The line up is something I am okay with, not very happy but trying not to be sad either. 5 out of 16 of my predictions made it in:

Center:  #1 Matsui Jurina (Team S)
#2 Takahashi Minami (Team A) #3 Shimada Haruka (Team 4)
#5 Itano Tomomi (Team K) #6 Sato Sumire (Team B) #7 Umeda Ayaka (Team K)
#8 Sato Amina (Team B) #9 Kuwabara Mizuki (Team S) #10 Nakamata Shiori (Team 4)
#11 Katayama Haruka (Team A) #12 Yamauchi Shuzuran (Team 4) #13 Kashiwagi Yuki (Team B) #14 Nito Moeno (Team K) #15 Yokoyama Yui (Team K) #16 Maeda Ami (Team A)

The actual winners:

CENTER: #1 Shinoda Mariko (Team A)
#2 Fujie Reina (Team K) #3 Minegishi Minami (Team K)
#4 Kobayashi Marina (Team KKS) #5 Akimoto Sayaka (Team K) #6 Oya Shizuka (Team A)
#7 Maeda Ami (Team A) #8 Sato Sumire (Team B) #9 Umeda Ayaka (Team K) #10 Hikawa Ayame (Team KKS) #11 Kasai Tomomi (Team B) #12 Kuwabara Mizuki (Team S)
#13 Kitahara Rie (Team B) #14 Yamauchi Shuzuran (Team 4) #15 Yamaguchi Yuuki (Team N) #16 Kojima Haruna (Team A)

Vast difference, I know. But I’m happy for Mariko. Even happy to see Reinyan as #2.The center also gets to be in the Puccho CM as well. Sayaka also got in and she really needs some senbatsu in her belt. The ones that I really wanted in senbatsu didn’t get in. Takamina and Haruu, but RanRan got in from Team 4 so I’m satisfied for now. (Thank god, no Miichan center). Congrats!! Congratulations to the other winners as well! And I think they announced the 24th single to be out on December 7th? Not sure.
